Die Teilnahme erfolgt über das Folgen von @gportal_official auf Instagram, @gportal_official auf Threads oder @gportalde auf X und das Liken und Kommentieren der Gewinnspiel Posts im Zeitraum vom 14.06.2024 um 14:00 Uhr bis 17.06.2024 um 00:00 Uhr.
Teilnahmeberechtigte
Teilnahmeberechtigt sind natürliche Personen mit einem öffentlichen Profil, die ihren Wohnsitz weltweit haben das 14. Lebensjahr vollendet haben. Die Teilnahme ist nicht auf Kunden des Veranstalters beschränkt und nicht vom Erwerb einer Ware oder Dienstleistung abhängig.
Sollte ein Teilnehmer in seiner Geschäftsfähigkeit eingeschränkt sein, bedarf es der Einwilligung seines gesetzlichen Vertreters.
Nicht teilnahmeberechtigt am Gewinnspiel sind alle an der Konzeption und Umsetzung des Gewinnspiels beteiligte Personen und Mitarbeiter des Betreibers sowie ihre Familienmitglieder. Zudem behält sich der Betreiber vor, nach eigenem Ermessen Personen von der Teilnahme auszuschließen, wenn berechtigte Gründe vorliegen, beispielsweise
(a) bei Manipulationen im Zusammenhang mit Zugang zum oder Durchführung des Gewinnspiels,
(b) bei Verstößen gegen diese Teilnahmebedingungen,
(c) bei unlauterem Handeln oder
(d) bei falschen oder irreführenden Angaben im Zusammenhang mit der Teilnahme an dem Gewinnspiel.
Gewinn, Benachrichtigung und Übermittlung des Gewinns
Gewinn:
Die Gewinner werden binnen 5 Tagen nach Gewinnspielende durch unsere Jury ermittelt. Die Gewinner werden mit @NAMEDESGEWINNERS informiert. Jeder Gewinner muss sich innerhalb von 7 Werktagen über eine private Nachricht an die @gportal_official Instagram Seite, der @gportal_official Threads Seite oder der @gportalde X Seite mit seinen Adressdaten melden. Meldet sich ein Gewinner nicht innerhalb dieser Frist wird der Gewinn erneut unter allen Teilnehmern verlost.
Datenschutz
Es werden alle Instagram Namen der Teilnehmer erfasst und zur Gewinnermittlung gespeichert. Alle Daten werden spätestens 30 Tage nach Ende des Gewinnspiels gelöscht. Adressdaten werden nur von den Gewinnern erfasst und nur zum Versand des Gewinnes genutzt. Es werden keine Daten an dritte weitergeben oder verkauft. Den Teilnehmern stehen gesetzliche Auskunfts-, Änderungs- und Widerrufsrechte zu.
Sonstiges
Ociris GmbH ist berechtigt, das Gewinnspiel abzubrechen oder auszusetzen, wenn:
a) während der Durchführung die Nutzungsbedingungen oder Richtlinien von Instagram/Threads/X geändert werden und eine Durchführung des Gewinnspiels nach den dann gültigen Bestimmungen von Instagram nicht mehr erlaubt ist,
b) Manipulationen festgestellt werden oder sonst eine ordnungsgemäße Durchführung des Gewinnspiels nicht mehr sichergestellt ist, insbesondere beim Ausfall von Hard- oder Software, Programmfehlern, Computerviren,
c) nicht autorisierte Eingriffe von Dritten sowie mechanische, technische oder rechtliche Probleme vorliegen.

The competition starts on 14.06.2024 at 2pm (CET) and ends on 17.06.2024 at 12 am (CET).
Participation
The participation takes place by following @gportal_official on Instagram, @gportal_official on Threads or @gportalint on X and liking and commenting the competition posts in the period from 14.06.2024 2pm (CET) until 17.06.2024 12am (CET).
Eligible participants
Eligible to participate are natural persons with a public profile who have settled in worldwide and have reached the age of 14. The participation is not limited to customers of the provider and not dependent on the purchase of goods or services. If a participant is limited in his legal capacity, the permission of his legal representative is required. All persons and employees of the provider involved in the conception and implementation of the contest as well as their family members are not entitled to participate in the contest. In addition, the Provider reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to exclude any person from participation in the Contest for any legitimate reason, including, but not limited to,
(a) manipulation in connection with access to or performance of the Contest,
(b) violation of these Terms and Conditions,
(c) unfair trading or
(d) false or misleading statements in connection with participation in the Contest.
Prize, notification and transmission of the prize
Winnings:

All Instagram names of the participants are recorded and saved for prize determination. All data will be deleted at the latest 30 days after the end of the competition. Address data will only be collected from the winners and will only be used to send the prize. No data will be passed on or sold to third parties. The participants are entitled to legal rights of information, modification and revocation.
Miscellaneous
Ociris GmbH shall be entitled to cancel or suspend the competition if:
a) the terms of use or guidelines of Instagram/Threads/X are changed during the execution of the competition and the execution of the competition is no longer permitted according to the then valid provisions of Instagram,
b) manipulations are detected or otherwise a proper execution of the competition is no longer ensured, in particular in the event of failure of hardware or software, program errors, computer viruses,
c) unauthorised interventions by third parties as well as mechanical, technical or legal problems are present.
