Das Gewinnspiel steht in keiner Verbindung mit Mojang Studios und wird in keiner Weise von dieser gesponsert, unterstützt oder organisiert. Ansprechpartner und Verantwortliche ist allein die Ociris GmbH, Aschauer Straße 32a, 81549 München, vertreten durch den Geschäftsführer Jörg Hensen, (nachfolgend “Betreiberin” genannt).
Ablauf
Das Gewinnspiel läuft am 27.10., 04.11., 09.11. und am 11.11.2023 zwischen 18:00 Uhr und 20:00 Uhr.
Teilnahme
Die Teilnahme erfolgt über das Durchlaufen des YAMAHA Minecraft Parkour auf dem Server mit der Adresse yamaha.g-portal.com.
Teilnahmeberechtigte
Teilnahmeberechtigt sind sämtliche natürliche Personen ab Vollendung des 14. Lebensjahres, andernfalls benötigen sie die Einwilligung ihres gesetzlichen Vertreters. Eine Einschränkung hinsichtlich des Wohnortes gibt es nicht. Die Teilnahme ist nicht auf Kunden des Betreibers beschränkt und nicht vom Erwerb einer Ware oder Dienstleistung abhängig.
Nicht teilnahmeberechtigt am Gewinnspiel sind alle an der Konzeption und Umsetzung des Gewinnspiels beteiligten Personen und Mitarbeiter der Betreiberin sowie ihre Familienmitglieder.
Zudem behält sich der Betreiber vor, nach eigenem Ermessen Personen von der Teilnahme auszuschließen, wenn berechtigte Gründe vorliegen, beispielsweise
(a) bei Manipulationen im Zusammenhang mit Zugang zum oder Durchführung des Gewinnspiels,
(b) bei Verstößen gegen diese Teilnahmebedingungen,
(c) bei unlauterem Handeln oder
(d) bei falschen oder irreführenden Angaben im Zusammenhang mit der Teilnahme an dem Gewinnspiel.
Gewinn, Benachrichtigung und Übermittlung des Gewinns
Gewinn:
1. Platz: YG-G01 Headset + ZG01 Mixer + 50€ GPORTAL Server Credits
2. Platz: ZG01 Mixer + 30€ GPORTAL Server Credits
3. Platz: YG-G01 Headset + 20€ GPORTAL Server Credits
4. Platz: YG-G01 Headset + 10€ GPORTAL Server Credits
5. Platz: YG-G01 Headset + 10€ GPORTAL Server Credits
Die Gewinner werden binnen 2 Wochen nach Ende aller Event Tage über auslosung durch die Gewinn-Tickets ermittelt. Die Gewinner werden über die im Registrierungs-Formular angegebene E-Mail Adresse informiert. Jeder Gewinner muss sich innerhalb von 7 Werktagen über die erhaltene E-Mail mit seinen Adressdaten melden. Meldet sich ein Gewinner nicht innerhalb dieser Frist, wird der Gewinn erneut unter allen Teilnehmern verlost. Eine Barauszahlung des Gewinns ist nicht möglich
Datenschutz
Es werden alle in der Registrierung erforderlichen Daten wie Vorname, Nachname und E-Mail Adresse der Teilnehmer/innen erfasst und zum Zwecke der Gewinnermittlung gespeichert. Alle Daten werden spätestens 30 Tage nach Ende des Gewinnspiels gelöscht. Adressdaten werden nur von den Gewinnern erfasst und nur zum Versand des Gewinnes genutzt. Es werden keine Daten an Dritte weitergegeben oder verkauft. Den Teilnehmern stehen gesetzliche Auskunfts-, Änderungs- und Widerrufsrechte im Sinne der DSGVO zu.
Sonstiges
Die Betreiberin ist berechtigt, das Gewinnspiel abzubrechen oder auszusetzen, wenn:
a) nicht autorisierte Eingriffe von Dritten sowie mechanische, technische oder rechtliche Probleme vorliegen, wie das Manipulieren des Computers vor Ort durch unbefugte Personen
b) Manipulationen festgestellt werden oder sonst eine ordnungsgemäße Durchführung des Gewinnspiels nicht mehr sichergestellt ist, insbesondere beim Ausfall von Hard- oder Software, Programmfehlern, Computerviren.
Der Rechtsweg ist ausgeschlossen.

Process
The giveaway will run on 10/27, 11/04, 11/09, and 11/11/2023 between 6:00pm and 8:00pm (CEST).
Participation
Participation is done by going through the YAMAHA Minecraft Parkour on the server with the address yamaha.g-portal.com.
Eligible participants
Eligible to participate are natural persons who are resident worldwide and have reached the age of 14. Participation is not limited to customers of the organizer and is not dependent on the purchase of goods or services. If a participant is limited in his legal capacity, the permission of his legal representative is required. All persons and employees of the provider involved in the conception and implementation of the contest as well as their family members are not entitled to participate in the contest. In addition, the Provider reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to exclude any person from participation in the Contest for any legitimate reason, including, but not limited to,
(a) manipulation in connection with access to or performance of the Contest,
(b) violation of these Terms and Conditions,
(c) unfair trading or
(d) false or misleading statements in connection with participation in the Contest.
Prize, notification and transmission of the prize
Winnings:

The winners will be determined within 2 weeks after the end of all event days via drawing by the winning tickets. The winners will be informed via the e-mail address provided in the registration form. Each winner must report within 7 working days via the email received with their address details. If a winner does not respond within this period, the prize will be raffled again among all participants.
Data protection
All data required in the registration such as first name, last name, e-mail address of the participants will be collected and stored for the purpose of determining the prize. All data will be deleted no later than 30 days after the end of the competition. Address data will only be collected from the winners and only used to send the prize. No data will be passed on or sold to third parties. The participants are entitled to statutory rights of information, modification and revocation.
Miscellaneous
Ociris GmbH shall be entitled to cancel or suspend the competition if:
a) there is unauthorized intervention by third parties, as well as mechanical, technical or legal problems, such as tampering with the computer on site by unauthorized persons
b) manipulations are detected or otherwise a proper execution of the competition is no longer ensured, in particular in the event of failure of hardware or software, program errors, computer viruses.
